Taba Heights Marriott Red Sea Resort Supports Help For Heroes

A UK charity supporting service men & women through Golf.

Taba Heights - February 2011 - In support of the Help for Heroes UK charity, Taba Heights Marriott Red Sea Resort is proud to sponsor the winners of the event with a 7 night complimentary stay.

Golfers across the UK teed off in a series of tournaments to raise money for the popular Help for Heroes charity. The tournaments are part of a nationwide initiative called the National Golf Club Challenge, which saw hundreds of golf clubs - and thousands of golfers - compete against each other while at the same time raise money for the charity.

The winners of last year's tournament arrived at the hotel for a week's stay and 2 complimentary rounds of golf per person at the Taba Heights Golf Course. Having served in the forces himself, Eddy Edwards, one of the Help for Heroes winners is proud to be a part of this event and understands how much these fundraising activities go a long way to helping not only raise awareness for such charities, but also demonstrates support and encouragement for the ongoing work that our service men & women provide.
