Whilst competitions from all categories have just been listed in Yorkshire a number of Rabbits Open events are now up on the site. One of these competitons is the tournament at Silsden Golf Club. This Rabbits 4-Ball Betterball competition will take place on Sunday 3rd July 2011 and has an entry-fee of just £20 per pair.
The format is 4BBB Stableford with a maximum handicap limit of 24. A 3/4 handicap allowance will be applied at this well organised tournament.
As well as the main event there will also be a nearest-the-pin, longest drive and putting competition.
Tee times are available from 8am until 2.30pm and always go quickly whilst food will be available to purchase on the day.
About the course
Silsden is a 5,062 yard parkland golf course situated on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales just two miles from Keighley.
With spectacular views of the Aire Valley, it is a good test for the experienced golfer and a great place for the inexperienced player to hone their skills.
The club has a tranquil playing atmosphere and friendly clubhouse.
