The new 'Fixby Winter Series' is one of the best golf offers that we have ever seen!
Huddersfield Golf Club in West Yorkshire are running a new 'Winter Series'. There are 3 team events on Thursday 11th November 2010, Friday 10th December 2010 and Friday 18th February 2011. Teams can comprise of men or ladies in any combination.

The cost of entry is great value at just £75 per team of 3, as this includes a soup & sandwich lunch and a generous prize table.
Not bad? Well, if you enter a team in all three competitions you can do so for the reduced price of £175, the equivalent of £58.33 per team per event or just £19.44 per person.
WAIT... it gets even better! Each team member will also receive a FREE summer green-fee voucher to go back and play Fixby next year (before 31st August) which alone is worth £45. This means if you enter all 3 winter events you get 3 free summer green-fee's!
In summary this means that (based on entering all 3 winter events) at a cost of less than £60 per person you will get:
- 3 rounds of winter golf (on the above dates).
- a soup & sandwich lunch at each event.
- the chance to win prizes.
- 3 rounds of summer golf (dates of your choice*).
Even if you enter only one event it is still fabulous value!
As you can imagine spaces will fill extremely quickly in these competitions so don't hang a round if you want to play.

It was the Northern Qualifying course for the Brabazon Trophy this year and with USGA greens and fast-draining fairways it stands up brilliantly during the winter.
