Entries are now being taken for the very popular Junior Open at Cardross Golf Club.
The Individual Strokeplay tournament will be held on Wednesday 28th July and has an entry-fee of just £6. It is open to boys and girls with maximum handicaps of 28 and 36 respectively.
Early booking is highly recommended if you want to secure your place in this fabulous event.

Players must be under 18 on the 1st Jan 2010 and an entry-form can be found here.
Cardross Golf Club was founded in 1895. The current golf course layout benefited from design changes recommended by James Braid, which were implemented in 1921.
The venue, one of the finest in the West of Scotland, has also played host to the Scottish Professional Championships in 1992, which was won by the then future Open Champion Paul Lawrie.
Generous undulating fairways and large deciduous trees are features of the golf course and it tends to play much longer than the yardage suggests.
