PGA EuroPro Q School entry deadline extended to 24 March

Bristol and Northumberland venues open for entries until 3pm Wednesday.

A surge of late entries has prompted organisers to extend the closing dates for entry to the 2010 PGA EuroPro Tour Qualifying School to 3pm on Wednesday 24 March.

On-line entries are still being taken for stage one qualifying at both Slaley Hall, Northumberland and The Players Club, Bristol – players wishing to apply can do so at the official website: www.europrotour.com.

The successful graduates will go through to final stage qualifying at Frilford Heath in Oxfordshire from 7-9 April and the chance to win exemption categories for the full 15 event schedule with total prize money of more than £650,000 at stake. The closing date has also been extended until 3pm, Monday 29 March for any members exempt through to final stage qualifying.

The PGA EuroPro Tour is the world's leading developmental tour and players to have come through the ranks include two-time European Tour winner Richard Finch.

The top 60 finishers at the end of the season will battle it out for the Tour Championship at Aphrodite Hills in Cyprus with the top five on the final Order of Merit securing a 2011 European Challenge Tour card.
